School Uniform
Saint George Catholic College has had a distinctive uniform for over sixty years, proudly displaying its Christian heritage with our school badge, featuring the Cross of Saint George at its centre.
At Saint George, we believe that a smart school uniform prepares students to develop a sense of professional dress, which is expected in working environments during adulthood. We expect our students to wear their uniform with dignity and respect.
Saint George Catholic College has a non-gender-specific uniform.
All students must wear the winter uniform during the autumn and spring terms. During the summer term, students may either continue wearing the winter uniform or opt for the summer uniform, but they must not mix items from both.
Much of our uniform can be purchased from supermarkets, ensuring accessibility while maintaining the Saint George identity through traditional branding.
The uniform must be worn smartly, with shirts tucked in and ties done up properly. All shoes/trainers must be black, with no patterns or coloured details. Hoodies / hooded jumpers are not permitted, and outdoor clothing should be removed once inside the classroom.
