Anti-Bullying Week 2025 – "Power for Good"
At Saint George Catholic College, we stand together against bullying in all its forms physical, verbal, emotional, and online.
Bullying is the repetitive and intentional hurting of one person or group by another, often involving an imbalance of power. Our goal is to raise awareness, educate, and empower every member of our community to make a positive difference.
This year's theme, "Power for Good," reminds us that each of us has the power to stand up, speak out, and show kindness every day.
On Monday 10 November, we were honoured to welcome Libby Whitehouse, singer and advocate, who delivered a powerful talk inspiring our students to use their voices for good and to support one another.
To continue showing our support, Friday will be our Non-Uniform "Wear Blue Day" a visible way to stand against bullying and promote kindness.
Students are invited to wear something blue and bring a £1 donation to help raise funds for anti-bullying initiatives.
