A Poem by Isabelle Mills (9 Kolbe)

Better for a lonely man to perish and be thrown into the depths of Hades,
Than for him to roam the earth in sorrow.
What is a lonely man?
One without purpose, One without joy.
They walk the streets, devoid of emotion.
Thinly veiling the horrors their eyes have witnessed.
A lonely man is like a drifting boat,
With no purpose, it simply floats, aimlessly, pointlessly.
The fire, the flames...
Memories so vague and yet so vivid.
Fragments of the true horror, of what happened that fateful day.
The Lost City- Pompeii.

A Poem by Jseph Jojoe (7 Bakhita)

Better for a lonely man to perish and be thrown into the depths of Hades,
Than for him to roam the earth in sorrow.
What is a lonely man?
One without purpose, One without joy.
They walk the streets, devoid of emotion.
Thinly veiling the horrors their eyes have witnessed.
A lonely man is like a drifting boat,
With no purpose, it simply floats, aimlessly, pointlessly.
The fire, the flames...
Memories so vague and yet so vivid.
Fragments of the true horror, of what happened that fateful day.
The Lost City- Pompeii.
