Admissions for September 2019
To apply for a place in Year 7 at St George for your son or daughter in September 2019, two things must be done:

  1. You must apply to the Local Authority in which you live between September and 31st October 2018. This can be done online or on paper. Please visit https://www.southampton.gov.uk/schools-learning/find-school/apply-school/

  2. You must complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF). Evidence must be provided if necessary. This must be returned to St George by 31st October 2018. The SIF for 2019 entry can be downloaded below and emailed back electronically (with evidence) to info@stgcc.co.uk

Please note that our original 2019 policy stated that we had a PAN of 150. However, as of June 2018, we have agreed to take 180 children in to Year 7 from September 2019.

Admissions for September 2018

The Published Admission Number (PAN) for St George Catholic VA College is 150. However, because of the increased demand for Year 7 spaces as the college again offers places for girls as well as boys, the governing body has agreed that, for September 2018, it will offer 60 places above PAN. This means that whilst the PAN stays at 150, up to 210 places will be offered in year 7 for September 2018.
